Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation
This 90-minute session is the thoughtful first step into care with Concordis Behavioral Health. Whether in-person at our San Jose or Walnut Creek office, or comfortably from home via secure telehealth, we’ll take time to truly listen to your story. You can choose one full 90-minute appointment or split it into one 60-minute and one 30-minute session.

Prior to your appointment we’ll send you a secure link to complete your intake forms and create your profile — this helps us make the most of our time together. During the evaluation we’ll explore your experiences, provide diagnostic impressions, and work with you to create a personalized treatment plan that feels right for you.
