Insurance, Superbills & Payment Information

Insurance & Superbills

We are out-of-network providers. After each visit we’ll give you a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. If you have a PPO plan, you may be eligible for partial coverage. We strongly recommend calling your insurance company first to understand your out-of-network benefits, copays, coinsurance, and deductibles.
