Sometimes you need a little extra support between your regular visits. These short, focused services are available by phone or secure telehealth and are billed at $70 per 10-minute increment.

• Brief phone calls with you or family members

• Coordination with other providers

• Prior authorizations for medications

• Letters or forms (FMLA, disability, surgery clearance, gender-affirming care support, etc.)

• Transfer of records

• Review of labs, genetic testing results, or other documents
